We’re Here to Help

All orders are processed through Amazon and include tracking information sent to your email once shipped. You can also view order status in your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or return through Amazon’s standard process, ensuring you get a working fixture as quickly as possible.

We don’t provide installation services directly, but we offer comprehensive installation guides and technical support. For complex commercial installations, we recommend working with a licensed electrician and can provide spec sheets upon request.

Yes, returns are handled through Amazon’s return policy. Most lighting fixtures can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Check the specific product listing on Amazon for detailed return eligibility.

Email us the model number from your fixture (usually found on a label inside the housing or on the original packaging) and describe what you need. We’ll help identify the correct replacement battery, lens, or component and direct you to where it’s available.

For large commercial orders or contractor projects, reach out with your project details and quantity requirements. While individual orders are fulfilled through Amazon, we can discuss options for bulk purchases or provide direct vendor contacts when appropriate.
